Diploma in Banking and Finance is a 1-year diploma level course that can be done right after class 12th. The course deals with all the basic aspects of banking and finance and trains students in the field of banking, finance, insurance, investment, risk management, computer application, IT and more

Post Graduate Diploma in Banking and Financial Services is innovative, comprehensive and prepares future banking and finance professionals. This program not only provides participants the knowledge of operational aspects of banking and finance but also builds on their managerial and technical skills. There is an emphasis on contemporary practices such as Micro Finance and Global perspective in Banking and Finance, which will give insights into the current industry trends.

  • Bachelor's degree holder / Graduate in any discipline from a recognised University.
  • International / SAARC  Graduate from a recognised / accredited University / Institution.
  • Students who have appeared for final year of examination of their bachelor's degree program and are awaiting results can also apply, subject to successfully completing their bachelor's degree program / graduation within the time period specified by SCDL.
  • The duration of the program is two years.
  • The registration period is valid for four academic years.

Application Form Fee
The application form fee for applicants in:
  • General Category: ₹ 1200
  • Defence/Paramilitary/Police Category: ₹ 1200
  • International/SAARC Category: US $ 100
Note: Application fee is non-refundable.

Fee Payment Options

Students have two options to pay the program fees as per below specified timelines.
→ Option 1: One-Time Payment: Pay full program fee in one-time payment, as specified for respective program,
within 30 days from the date of grant of confirmed admission.
→ Option 2: Two-Instalments: Pay full program fee in two-instalments:
  • Pay first instalment within 15 days from the date of grant of confirmed admission.
  • Pay second instalment within 45 days of payment of first Instalment payment or on or before
    the last date to pay full fee, whichever is earlier, as per policy.
